16 Weeks

Hi Everybody! 

Last week we had our 16 week visit. So far the babies are looking good and meeting their measurement goals! It's been nice to hear good news and we are grateful for every uneventful Dr. visit! We got a lot of really cool pictures, but I don't know to which baby the pictures belong to, sorry babies.  The most exciting part of the visit was when the tech asked us if we wanted to know the sex of the babies, we said no, (sorry mom!) that we want to try and wait until they are born, just for fun. Notice that I used the word, "try" which means that if we change our minds about finding out we have an out clause!! There were several opportunities to "see" for ourselves, but it took everything in my power to squint my eyes so I wouldn't accidentally see. Things are already starting to get crowded in there so I'm not sure how much longer we'll be able to look away before things are too obvious.

In the first picture you can see one little foot, it measures about 2 cm...so cute. I'm not sure what or who is poking through in the sac next door, but it kind of looks like a face to me.

In the second picture you can see a sweet profile picture and in the third photo you can see that one of the babies has found it's hand, possibly to suck on or to just wave to mom and dad!
