Canyon Edge Grape Harvest 2016

On July 18, 2016, we had our second annual Canyon Edge vineyards wine grape harvest and grape stomp. We produced twice as many grapes, and twice as much wine this year, compared to 2015. 29 lbs of good grapes, 5 lbs of rejects. The starting pH was 3.34, and the original gravity was 1.069 (raised to 1.083). We have 1 full gallon of wine in secondary fermentation now.
