Cooperstown Family Campground was a great way to relax and enjoy the night.
It's fun little place, with an old style general store, hayrides for the kids, and a couple of ponds.
Oh, and WiFi! After setting up camp near one of the ponds, we cooked macaroni and cheese on a camp stove.
I had some fun with the shutter speed on the SLR camera.
And we had hot chocolate and smores for dessert. Kim says, "Yum!"
And I guess that's about it from Cooperstown. I hope you can tell I had a great time, and I hope to return soon. I'm trying to talk my Dad into joining me sometime, flying into Boston, driving to the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA, then hitting Cooperstown, NY for the Baseball HoF, over to Canton, OH to the Football HoF, and up to Cleveland for the Rock and Roll HoF. What do you say, Dad? Next Father's Day, maybe? :-)
